The time is RIGHT NOW for The Azarian Group to address the condition of the Fieldstone Shopping Center in Ringwood, NJ. This location has been in steady decline in terms of appearance and safety with resulting inverse increase in business failures and storefront vacancies.
We truly believe you can help stimulate the local economy as well as the beauty of our incredible community by making the necessary capital improvements required to clean up and modernize this center and make the Center appealing to new tenants (via accessible rents and maintenance charges). Improvements would invite the public (both residential and non-residential) and new businesses to "stop and stay" in this "highlands jewel" instead of simply passing us by or going further afield to shop.
The residents of Ringwood have created this petition to demonstrate to you the extent of our passion and appreciate the opportunity to speak with you and work with you to help you facilitate positive change for our borough.
This petition has been developed to spark a conversation between residents, Borough managers, and the Azarian Group who manages the Fieldstone Shopping Center site.
